Due to the intimate and/or costume nature of Slick It Up designs ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no refunds will be issued.

If you have an issue with sizing you may exchange the item for the SAME STYLE in a DIFFERENT SIZE so long as the item is unworn and odor free. We allow ONE EXCHANGE per order and the exchange will be FINAL. If items are sent to Slick It Up without prior authorization of exchange, said items will be sent back. All shipping costs are incurred on the customer in the event of an exchange, no return labels will be given.

All UNDERGARMENTS (jocks, slings, thongs, thong backed garments and underwear) and SWIMWEAR are final and unable to be returned or exchanged due to NY State Law regarding hygiene. 

There will be an additional $8.00 domestic and $15.00 international servicing charge invoiced to you for return shipping.

If you would like to exchange the size of your item, or for some reason you have received a wrong item please contact info@slickitup.com and we will be very happy to assist you the next working day. The office hours are Mon-Friday 12-5 Eastern time. Emails are responded to during the working hours. If you email us outside the working hours you will responded to the next available working day.
