 Silicone is such a comfort to wear. It's hypoallergenic, unlike latex, and has no odor. It's much squishier and stretchier than latex and I enjoy it a lot more myself! The mask has a mouth hole of course. One size fits nearly everyone. Unless you have a super tiny head Im pretty sure this mask would fit. Im 6 3 235 and wearing it in the video comfortably.
